Jessyjo Darling is an Australian artist based in Santa Fe and co-founder of Beals & Darling gallery on Canyon Road. Working with hand-gathered earth pigments, charcoal, and minerals, she creates abstract paintings rooted in the landscapes she explores. Her practice begins outdoors, gathering materials that carry the color and texture of their origins. Through these materials, her work explores the relationship between place, memory, and belonging.
